چکیده

Only sinus rhythm electrocardiograms (ECGs) are often available in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). However, ECGs have a limited value classifying PSVT types. We aimed to investigate the deep learning approach of Atrioventricular Nodal Reentry Tachycardia (AVNRT) from concealed (AVRT) using ECGs. collected AVNRT or conceald AVRT, and their 12-lead rhythm. The diagnosis each patient was validated an electrophysiology study. ResNet-34 used for model, it trained classify underlying AVRT. Due training dataset, transfer performed by pre-training open-source ECG database (PhysioNet/CinC Challenge 2021). Ten-fold cross-validation validate performance. Integrated gradient analysis visualize which segment is important model two arrhythmias. A total 696 305 AVRT were analyzed. Compared group, group significantly younger had higher male proportion; age 48 vs. 51 years (p<0.001); 63.3 34.3% (p<0.001). After pre-training, performance improved; AUROC 0.73 (95% CI 0.69-0.76) 0.67 (0.62-0.72) without pre-training; p<0.001 (Figure A). Deep showed modest arrhythmias; AUPRC, F1-score, sensitivity, specificity 0.84 (0.81-0.87), 0.75 (0.70-0.80), 0.68 (0.61-0.75), 0.71 (0.65-0.77), respectively. focused on PR intervals T waves identifying AVNRT, P-waves B). classification feasible

Malignant Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

A 63 year old male had a sudden episode of cardiac arrest during travel. He was resuscitated and cardioverted successfully with a semi-automatic defibrillator. The first ECG showed atrial fibrillation with inferior Q waves and he spontaneously reverted to sinus rhythm over the next few hours. The patient had been asymptomatic up to the episode of cardiac arrest and referred no prior history of ...

Induction of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

mg, mean ± SD) of disopyramide for three to five doses over 24 hours and were then restudied. All patients had inducible, sustained PSVT during the control study. After disopyramide, PSVT was noninducible in eight patients (50%), including six of nine with atrioventricular nodal reentrance and two of seven with atrioventricular reentrance; inducible but nonsustained in two (12.5%) (both with at...

Circadian variation of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.

BACKGROUND Various clinical manifestations of cardiovascular diseases have a pattern of circadian variation. In this study, we investigated whether the onset and duration of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) has a circadian variation. METHODS AND RESULTS In our analysis, we included 105 patients with 498 PSVT episodes. In this study, the onset of PSVT did not have a uniform distr...

Catheter ablation of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.

Radiofrequency (RF) catheter ablation became first-line therapy for supraventricular tachycardia in patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome1–5 and atrioventricular (AV) nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT)6–11 in the early 1990s. High ablation success ( 90%) and low complication rates ( 5%) were found by numerous investigators.1–11 This article describes these ablation techniques with a foc...

Demonstration of sustained sinus and atrial re-entry as a mechanism of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.

Electrophysiological studies in five patients with documented (4) or suspected (1) paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT), suggested sinus or atrial reentrance (SR or AR). Two of the patients had preexcitation, three had evidence of atrial enlargement, and all had organic heart disease. The following observations supported a diagnosis of SR and AR; 1) induction of sustained PSVT with at...
